High Gabriel Water Supply Corporation Highway 183A Construction Project - 2006 The existing HGWSC 3-inch water line supplying customers along Riva Ridge Drive was uncovered and new trench lines were laid out to cross Riva Ridge Drive and connect the existing water line to the new line. Additional underground valves, fittings and a new fire hydrant would be installed at the intersection of the new 6-inch water line and the original 3-inch Riva Ridge water line.
