High Gabriel Water Supply System Current Status
Water System Status is Normal
Status Definitions: Normal Reduced Critical
Normal Operation indicates that the High Gabriel Water Supply System is operating with an adequate supply of reserve water and sufficient pumping capacity. Water customers may use water as needed. Drought conditions have eased in Central Texas but HGWSC customers are encouraged to continue to use water wisely.
Additional Information
After extensive repairs at our pump station we have returned the water system to normal operation. High Gabriel Water Supply Corporation customers may resume outdoor water use as of August 11. OUTSIDE WATERING IS STILL PROHIBITED BETWEEN NOON AND 6:00pm. Our secondary well has been returned to normal operation. Central Texas is not currently under drought conditions, but as always we ask our customers to use water wisely. Check this web site frequently for the latest updates on the High Gabriel Water System.
