High Gabriel Water Supply Corporation Highway 183A Construction Project - 2006 Access for vehicle traffic on Riva Ridge Drive was maintained by immediately refilling the newly dug trench with loose dirt and rock and then placing large metal plates across the trench. The dirt and rocks were removed the second time with the backhoe to install the new 6-inch water line.
