High Gabriel Water Supply Corporation Highway 183A Construction Project - 2006 The metal casing pipe was extended eastward from the under road crossing to a point where the new and existing water lines will be connected together through a network of valves and fittings. This area will be virtually inaccessible when the 183A toll road is completed. The original 4-inch water line that serves HGWSC customers along South Gabriel Drive will also be tied into the new water supply lines on the east side of the new toll road.
