The goal of the Board of Directors is to maintain a safe and reliable supply of water for the residents of the High Gabriel subdivision. It looks like El Nino has really kicked in. My rain gauge shows almost 28″ of rain this year, and it’s not even July.

 The Board of Directors of the High Gabriel Water Supply corporation had a busy first half of 2026.
You are welcome as always to see what we are doing on our new website, Highgabrielwsc.com. There are our meeting minutes, meeting dates, announcements, water tariff (our water rates and policies) new revised corporation bylaws, and if interested links to sites that relate to groundwater systems like ours.
We welcomed Jon Legalos on Green Valley, to the water board.
Due to good rains, almost 28″ here on High Gabriel Drive, since January 1, the aquifer is in good shape. We voted to ease watering restrictions adding back in one day. It is permitted to water on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Of course, this may be revised if conditions warrant. As always, mother nature decides how much rain we get every summer.
I am personally very happy with the progress this group of volunteers has made in 2026, so far. If you have questions about board actions, or just interest in volunteering, please let a board member know. We are your neighbors and we’re open to suggestions.
