High Gabriel Water Supply Corporation Highway 183A Construction Project - 2006 To supply water to customers on Riva Ridge Drive, a new 6-inch water line had to be laid along the east side of the new 183A toll road. This new line will carry water from the underground highway crossing at South Gabriel Drive south and uphill to Riva Ridge.
