High Gabriel Water Supply Corporation Highway 183A Construction Project - 2006 Looking to the south, the new 6-inch water line crosses Riva Ridge Drive at the bottom of the trench and passes under the existing High Gabriel WSC 3-inch water line serving Riva Ridge customers. The 3-inch line is to be connected to the new water lines and will continue to carry water east along Riva Ridge Drive.
